Revisiting a Historic Connection with the Netherlands

Orange has had a probable link to the Netherlands since their beginning, established in 1734, Orange County was named in honor of William, Prince of Orange and covered an area that extended to the Mississippi River and Great Lakes. A recent visit from the Netherlands Embassy of the United States has provided proof of this historical connection along with developing a bright future partnership with the Netherlands and Orange County.
